You know its much more fun to eat matzoh when you don't have to....buy and box and try this - you will never look at matzah the same way again.
Layout 4-6 Matzah on a foil lined cookie sheet (the kind with sides)
Boil for 3-4 minutes: 1 cup butter, 1 cup brown sugar
Pour over the matzah and spread to cover
Bake covered matzah at 350 for 20 minutes
Sprinkle 1 cup of choc chips over caramel matzah and let sit for 5 minutes, Spread out melted chips and cover with nuts or whatever you like
Cool in the fridge - break up and eat
This year I added toasted almonds to some and Fleur de Sel on some - YUM
Of course my favorite way to eat matzoah is smothered in cream cheese, black pepper and salami.

I just made this today for our seder! Used crushed salted/dry roasted pistachios. Matzah crack...
